Terms of Service

Effective 7 September 2026 · autorun.fun

These terms govern the purchase and use of SafeExec for Spring Boot ("the Product") sold through autorun.fun. By placing an order you agree to them. autorun.fun is operated by an independent software developer based in China ("we", "us").

1. The Product

The Product is source code: a Spring Boot execution harness for AI agents (tool gateway, policy engine, idempotency and recovery, approvals with evidence, audit, shadow mode), together with its test suite and design notes. It requires Java 21 and PostgreSQL 16 or newer. The current feature list is on the home page; anything described as planned or post-launch is not part of the purchase.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid through Creem, which is the merchant of record for the transaction, collects payment and applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. Prices are shown in US dollars. Creem's own terms apply to the payment; these terms apply to the Product and the license.

3. Launch edition and delivery

Orders placed before 21 September 2026 are Launch edition pre-orders at the Launch price. The full source is delivered on 21 September 2026 by email as a zip archive with a SHA-256 checksum, plus optional read access to a private update repository on GitHub. Orders placed after that date are delivered within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver by the announced date, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery.

4. License

Each purchase grants one license under the SafeExec Pro License. In summary: you may use and modify the source in any number of projects you own or control, including applications you build and deliver to clients; you may not publish the source, resell or redistribute it as a starter, template or library, or pass it to third parties as a source package. The full license text controls.

5. Updates and support

The license includes all updates released within 12 months of purchase. Support is provided by email at support@autorun.fun on a best-effort basis; we aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers installing and running the Product as documented; it does not include custom development or integration work.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method. Contact support@autorun.fun with your order number.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Safety mechanisms in the Product reduce, but cannot eliminate, the risks of running autonomous software against real systems; you remain responsible for how you deploy it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Product to build software that is unlawful, or to circumvent the license. You may not remove license notices from the source.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Changes are posted here with a new effective date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by email; consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.
